Dr. Zap's First Clue!

    Binary conversion: The meeting start time contains only two digits. If you've gotten this far, you already know what they are....though it may be useful to repeat.

      Ah, makes sense. Digits we know from binary, 1 and 0, and it makes sense to repeat. 10:10. Now we just need to know where, and the date. Awesome!
